Our serviced apartments are ideal for any length of stay during your transition period and provide a “home away from home” base at rates within anyone’s reach.

If you’re looking for spacious, comfortable apartments suitable for singles as well as families, Keller Residence is your ultimate temporary housing solution, even in in-between property sales or relocation cases.

Apartments

Keller Residence offers one, two or three bedroom apartments for short stays of some days to weeks or long stays for months and years.

All our spacious apartments are fully furnished, provided with washers, dryers, fully equipped kitchen and patio or garden (wherever applicable).

They are provided with parking spaces and are well connected: 10′ away from Lucius D. Clay Kaserne, 15′ from Amelia Earhart Center, 15′ away from Mainz and 25′ from Frankfurt.

Situated within reach of excellent shopping opportunities, such as grocery stores and take-out food, restaurants, banks etc.

About Us

Our aim is to offer our clients modern and stylish apartments for both short and long term stays, with great emphasis on feeling at home and building loyalty through high levels of quality service by our friendly staff.

Since its foundation 25 years ago in Heidelberg by the late Thomas Sölter, Keller Residence served many people. Most of them are returning clients or recommended by others, already satisfied by our services.

When I bought a car, he made space in the garage for me at no extra charge. The apartment has everything you need. Lots of space, comfortable furnishings. And having the loaner car is INCREDIBLE. Nicholas knows the VAT process and all of the unique challenges that Americans face during a PCS to Germany. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They are flexible, friendly, amazing. THANK YOU!!!

The properties are excellent (i.e., clean, comfortable, etc.), which is what warranted the first 5 stars. The second 5 stars are for Nicholas and his wife. They are fine people who are more than your average hosts. They understand that living in Germany can take some getting used to and they are there to help one adjust with wit and wisdom.

My husband and I stayed at Keller Residence as temporary housing during our PCS to Germany, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nicholas was our main contact, and he was incredibly responsive from the very beginning—answering all of our questions before arrival and even checking in to confirm our arrival time. When we got there, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made settling in effortless. The residence itself was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: pots, pans, TV, internet, laundry access, and more. Although we only stayed for ten days before finding permanent housing, we truly enjoyed our time there. The location in Hochheim is fantastic—centrally located with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. For anyone new to the area, it’s the perfect spot to feel comfortable right away. We highly recommend Keller Residence to anyone in need of temporary housing. The combination of excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and prime location made our transition to Germany so much smoother.

His kindness and resolve to make sure I was taken care of made me feel the most warm welcome. He checked in on me intermittently to make sure my needs were taken care of.  The apartment I stayed in was clean, homey, and had all of the amenities equal to a hotel and then some. Additionally, him and his team are very aware of the VAT process as well as the regulations that govern PCS personnel.
