Keller Homes truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, everything was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, which made our temporary stay so much easier and more enjoyable.

Nicholas was absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really made a difference.

The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. After a long move, having a place that felt welcoming and relaxing was incredibly appreciated.

Cannot recommend Keller Residence enough! Nicholas bent over backwards to accommodate any question or request I had. When I bought a car, he made space in the garage for me at no extra charge. The apartment has everything you need. Lots of space, comfortable furnishings. And having the loaner car is INCREDIBLE. Nicholas knows the VAT process and all of the unique challenges that Americans face during a PCS to Germany. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They are flexible, friendly, amazing. I recently moved to Wiesbaden and was incredibly lucky to find the Keller Residence as my temporary home. From the very beginning, the warmth and hospitality were unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
Nicolas is truly exceptional. He and his team care in a genuine way that you immediately feel — thoughtful, responsive, and always willing to help with even the smallest details. Moving to a new country can be overwhelming, but they made it feel easy and comfortable, and very quickly it felt like home.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Staying at a Keller-Residence is an absolute must if visiting Germany. The properties are excellent (i.e., clean, comfortable, etc.), which is what warranted the first 5 stars. The second 5 stars are for Nicholas and his wife. They are fine people who are more than your average hosts. My husband and I stayed at Keller Residence as temporary housing during our PCS to Germany, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nicholas was our main contact, and he was incredibly responsive from the very beginning—answering all of our questions before arrival and even checking in to confirm our arrival time. When we got there, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made settling in effortless.

The residence itself was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: pots, pans, TV, internet, laundry access, and more. Although we only stayed for ten days before finding permanent housing, we truly enjoyed our time there.

The location in Hochheim is fantastic—centrally located with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. For anyone new to the area, it’s the perfect spot to feel comfortable right away.

We highly recommend Keller Residence to anyone in need of temporary housing. The combination of excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and prime location made our transition to Germany so much smoother.

Nicholas is the person that received me after I got into town. His kindness and resolve to make sure I was taken care of made me feel the most warm welcome. He checked in on me intermittently to make sure my needs were taken care of.  The apartment I stayed in was clean, homey, and had all of the amenities equal to a hotel and then some.

Additionally, him and his team are very aware of the VAT process as well as the regulations that govern PCS personnel. I will absolutely stay with Keller residence anytime because they made my transition so fluent.
